1. What DiamOps is

DiamOps is an operational workforce-readiness platform. It provides simulated IT workplace investigations, practice environments, and evidence-generation tools for people working toward operational IT careers.

2. Simulated environments

All scenarios, tickets, incidents, alerts, and evidence in DiamOps are simulated. They do not represent real organisations, real systems, or real people. Proof reports generated by DiamOps describe your practice activity — they are not employment records, certifications, or endorsements by any organisation.

DiamOps does not claim that its simulated environments will match every real-world workplace. Operational practices vary across organisations.

3. Employment and career outcomes

DiamOps does not guarantee employment, job interviews, promotions, salary increases, or certification results. The platform provides practice opportunities and evidence-generation tools. Outcomes depend on your own effort, preparation, and the requirements of individual employers.

Employers remain fully responsible for their own hiring decisions. DiamOps investigation reports are one input among many. They do not replace interviews, references, qualifications, or employer assessments.

4. AI Copilot

DiamOps includes an AI Copilot feature. Output from the AI Copilot is generated automatically and is not professional advice. It is intended to support your practice, not to replace professional judgement, official training, or certified instruction. Do not rely on AI Copilot output for real operational decisions.

5. Cybersecurity content

SOC and security-related scenarios on DiamOps are defensive, educational, and workforce-development focused. The platform does not provide offensive security techniques, exploit code, or instructions for unauthorised access to systems.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use DiamOps to:

• Create fake or misleading proof reports for fraudulent job applications.
• Share account credentials or allow others to complete investigations on your behalf.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract scenario content for redistribution.
• Harass, impersonate, or misuse recruiter-facing features.
• Circumvent plan limits or payment systems.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual property

DiamOps owns: all scenarios, ticket content, investigation workflows, branding, scoring logic, and platform code.

You own: the investigation notes, written responses, and documentation you produce. By using DiamOps, you grant DiamOps a limited licence to store, display, and (where you choose to share publicly) serve your investigation outputs. We do not use your individual outputs for training AI models without consent.

8. Plans, billing, and refunds

DiamOps Pro is a paid subscription processed by Stripe. Your subscription begins after the free trial period, if applicable. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods unless required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@diamops.co.uk within 14 days.

Pro features are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Features marked as "Coming soon" are roadmap items and are not guaranteed to ship on a specific date.

9. Service availability

DiamOps is provided on an "as available" basis. During the early access period, features may change, be added, or be removed. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. DiamOps is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, maintenance windows, or feature changes.

10. Privacy

Use of DiamOps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DiamOps is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
