Cohort pilots

Small pilots, clear scope

Validate the work and the report before discussing a platform rollout.

DiamOps is currently focused on one connected simulated Service Desk First Week. We are open to small learner cohorts and hiring-manager review sessions that help test activation, realism and whether the final report supports a better interview conversation.

A useful pilot

Start with a question that real use can answer.

Learner activationCan participants reach the first meaningful Monday action without founder explanation?
Operational realismDo the tickets, evidence and handoffs feel believable to an experienced manager?
Report comprehensionCan a reviewer tell what happened, what was checked and what remains unverified?
Interview valueDoes the record give a hiring manager a better, more specific follow-up question?
Suggested shape

A bounded cohort, not a procurement theatre exercise.

  1. Agree the questionDefine the learner group, manager audience and the one decision the pilot should inform.
  2. Run the First WeekObserve activation, completion, support needs and defects using simulated data only.
  3. Review the outputAsk managers the same fixed comprehension and interview-value questions.
  4. Share the resultRecord what worked, what failed and whether any next engagement is justified.

Enterprise integrations remain roadmap work.

SSO, automated provisioning, LMS/ATS integrations, white-labelling, custom scenario administration and organisation-wide capability analytics are not presented here as live contractual capabilities. They should be considered only after a small pilot proves a real need.

Bring a real validation question.

Include the cohort size, learner profile and who will review the final report.
